The doctoral fellow position is open to master graduated students (post-Bologna) or graduated students (before Bologna) with a final score above 15 (in 20), in Medical, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related.

DOCTORAL FELLOW POSITION IN TRANSLATING BIOMARKER RESEARCH FINDINGS INTO THE CLINIC
The present project is aimed at bringing together expertises in clinical practices and CLINICAL PROTEOMICS RESEARCH to evaluate and validate disease biomarkers findings to the clinical application.

DOCTORAL FELLOW POSITION IN ENVIRONMENTAL TOBACCO SMOKE EXPOSURE
The doctoral task: To study the effect of ETS exposure on plasma and nasal epithelial cell proteome of workers from those establishments by proteomic-based techniques. The identification of differentially expressed proteins on these ETS exposed cells/tissue could provide new candidate biomarkers to better predict/assess respiratory diseases associated to ETS exposure.

DOCTORAL/POST-DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN THE STUDY OF THE ROLE OF THE HUMAN MRNA SURVEILLANCE PATHWAYS
The successful candidate will be involved in the study of th role of the human mRNA surveillance pathways and their interplay with the translational process, in the post-transcriptional control of gene expression in health and disease (cancer or genetic disorders).
